TrackingAngle: Back Issues
|
|   |
As of January 25th, 2007, we’ve reduced back issue prices of the remaining copies of The Tracking Angle. There are limited quantities of the issues listed. When they're gone, they're gone. Issues 5/6 and 13 are two we are particularly proud of. You will not regret buying them and keeping them on your coffee table! All are publisher's copies, none are newsstand returns (with the exception of issue 2 which are only available as store returns), so condition is mint or near mint, though there are the usual occasional ruffled edges and other printing and handling imperfections. Shipping and handling charges are dependent upon how many issues you order and to where the issues are being shipped. We will respond to your email as quickly as possible with the total. You may pay via check, or money order, No credit cards. For fastest service, PayPal is preferred (www.paypal.com). We will ship internationally, but there will be a higher handling charge. Note: there is no order form per se: when you click on either "Order via Email," or "Browse Back Issues," you will find an email field. Simply email your request and we'll get back to you.

Caught in the Act!: Vol. 4
October 1998
Ray Davies interview. Ill-fated Velvel HDCD Kinks reissues, our survey of over 40 live recordings you should own, editor's choice: 21 of the best sounding live recordings, 7" special, plus 30 other LP/CD reviews. A fabulous issue, in short supply, and the end of The Tracking Angle. As we went into our fifth year, the record industry consolidation had begun and we found zero advertising support from the industry we tried to help save from its own stupidity, greed and self-destruction. Today, the record biz has shrunk and is beginning to get the message that quality sells. Too late for The Tracking Angle, but not too late for www.musicangle.com and for you to pick up the final and perhaps our best issue. Issue 17 that never was, would have had interviews with George Martin, Richard Davies, and Esquivel plus much more...too bad. That stuff will show up on-line.
